I want to book a Leeds / Bradford airport transfer – how do I do it?
The easiest way to book your transfer is by using our online booking form, where you can all fares for each type of vehicle or you can call us on +44 (0) 113 440 1018.
Can I use the booking form for any airport transfer?
Yes! The booking form has an option for all UK airports and is super easy to use.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Within minutes of making your booking, you’ll automatically receive an ‘Airline Connect Journey Acknowledgement’ email for the journey(s) you’ve chosen.
Will I receive a receipt or do I need to ask the driver?
Don’t worry, it’s all part of the service – a receipt will automatically be sent to you on the evening of the transfer.
How will I find my driver?
You’ll receive a ‘Journey Details’ email that will contain all the instructions you need for a smooth airport transfer.
What’s the difference between a taxi and an executive airport chauffeur transfer?
Our chauffeur services are provided in higher class and more premium vehicles. They also come with added services, such as an wait times at the airport, 15 minutes stop-over en route to your destination and complimentary refreshments. The taxi service is the same great experience - without the added amenities.
What is a ‘Meet & Greet’ service?
Your driver will come right into the arrivals hall, with your name clearly written on a handheld display board so that you can be personally escorted to your transfer vehicle.
What if my plane is delayed? Will I be charged waiting time?
No, we track your plane's progress when it’s in the air, so we’ll always know when you’re due to land and tailor our arrival time accordingly.
Are you licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we’re fully insured and licensed to provide executive chauffeur and transfer services. All our drivers are CRB checked and subject to random drink and drugs tests.
What if I don’t know the postcode?
Just enter all the details you have and we’ll try to find the postcode and email you back a quotation as soon as possible.
My transfer’s due but I haven’t had confirmation – what do I do next?
Please call us straight away on +44 (0) 113 440 1018 and we’ll deal with your booking as quickly as possible.
What if I have a late night or an early morning flight?
Not a problem – because your airport transfers are pre-booked, we can make sure we get there at any time of the day or night. We provide a 24-hr service for your convenience, and at our pleasure.
Can I smoke in the executive car?
Unfortunately – in compliance with UK law, we operate a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We advise smoking before and after your journey. In our chauffer service, we also provide a 15 minute stopover - during which you can smoke. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
