Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and daily operations of our dynamic business.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including follow-ups to secure new contracts.
- Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a quality service.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
